This privacy policy explains the data practices for WealthLab.life.

Website hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on self-managed infrastructure. The web server, reverse proxy, and security services may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, response status, response time, and timestamp. These records are used for security, debugging, uptime monitoring, abuse prevention, and operational analysis.

Ghost functionality

The publication runs on Ghost. Ghost may use cookies or local browser storage for normal site behavior, administrative sessions, security, and features that are enabled later. Public readers do not need to create an account to read the current articles, and public membership signup is currently disabled.

First-party analytics and monitoring

WealthLab uses Ghost's first-party traffic analytics through an endpoint on the WealthLab domain. Analytics events may include the page URL, timestamp, referrer, browser or device information, and pseudonymous session information. They are used to understand aggregate page usage and diagnose site problems, not to build advertising profiles.

Operational uptime monitoring also requests selected public pages, health endpoints, robots files, and sitemaps. Monitoring traffic is not treated as reader activity when it can be identified.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some outbound links are affiliate or referral links. When a reader follows one, the destination provider may receive standard request information and may apply its own privacy policy, cookies, or tracking systems. WealthLab does not control those third-party practices. Affiliate relationships are listed on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Email and contact

If you email WealthLab, the message, email address, headers, and any information you include may be retained long enough to respond, investigate a correction, meet legal obligations, or prevent abuse. Do not send passwords, API keys, billing details, private logs, or other sensitive information.

Data choices and questions

You can limit referrer information and third-party cookies through browser controls. For privacy questions or a request concerning information you sent directly to WealthLab, use the contact page and identify the relevant message or request without including additional sensitive data.

This page is updated when the site's analytics, membership, advertising, or contact practices materially change. The date below reflects the latest review.
